This July 4th, our nation will commemorate and celebrate the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. This is an opportunity to pause and reflect on our nation's past, honor the contributions of all Americans, and look ahead to the future. Many special events are planned for this day. There will be a massive international parade of tall sailing ships in New York Harbor. Folks around the country will mark the day with barbecues and picnics with family and friends.
